Multiple individual employees may not participate in NASSTRAC under a single corporate membership. The shipper association, which provides advocacy, education, provider relations, and networking opportunities for shippers, revised its corporate dues structure allowing up to six corporate individuals to participate in the organization's committees and events under a single corporate membership. The dues structure is based on annual global sales of the parent company and now allows two to six individual members based on the dues level of the corporation.

Companies with annual sales under $100 million pay $550 in annual dues for two members. Companies with $100 million to $500 million pay $950 for three members. At $500 million to $1 billion in annual sales, an organization pays $1,350 for four members. Over $1 billion, but less than $2.5 billion requires dues of $1,650 and allows five members. The most costly membership level is $2,000 per year for six members for any company with over $2.5 billion in annual global sales.
