In explaining the name change, Doug Waggoner, Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing, said, “Our long-term branding strategy is based on the close ties among our operating companies. While they remain independent, we’re competing collective and want to be known in all our markets as a major player with both significant assets and presence.”

The five regional less-than-truckload company components of the holding company are USF Bestway, USF Dugan, USF Holland, USF Red Star and USF Reddaway. USF Glen Moore is the truckload member of the family, with USF Logistics Services and USF Technology Services rounding out the USF Corp. portfolio.
