The two companies should compliment each other. Ace is a provider of same day logistics management services to the retail and automotive after market parts industry. Express Courier offers same day logistics services mostly in the medical laboratory sector.

Located in West Haven, CT, Express Courier services laboratories, hospitals, home health, banks and financial services, publishing and printing and government segments from Philadelphia to Boston. For its healthcare services, Express operates under the Medifleet name.

With its major market being in automotives, Orlando FL-based Ace offers a full menu of services including on-demand, dedicated routes, scheduled courier, emergency parts stocking and customized.

Together the two businesseswill serve markets in 29 states and make more than 11,000 deliveries each day, according to Rick Moradian, CEO of Ace. Brian McArdle, president of Express, says that, “Ace’s scale, geographic reach and infrastructure will allow us to better serve our customers and expand our business reach.”
