Pregis Acquires IntelliPack
Pregis Corp. has acquired foam-in-place (FIP) packaging provider IntelliPack Inc. of Tulsa, Okla.
As a result, IntelliPack becomes part of Pregis’ Deerfield, Ill.-based protective packaging division, and the Tulsa facility supports the company’s FIP business.
Former president of IntelliPack, Todd Hanna, becomes vice president and general manager of Pregis’ FIP systems, reporting to Kevin Baudhuin, Pregis’ president. IntelliPack’s 38 employees join Pregis’ 4,000 employees worldwide.
