Lantech Patents New Stretch Wrapping Technologies
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has awarded Lantech two new patents for stretch wrapping technology.
The Proportional Girth Wrap wraps pallet loads with stretch film at high speeds and high force levels without distorting the pallet load or breaking the film, according to Lantech.
In addition, the Containment Force Measuring Device, commonly known by its trade name of CFT-4, helps stretch wrapper users maintain a containment force standard, Lantech says, by calculating the containment force that stretch film exerts on a pallet load without destroying the holding properties of the film.
Other patented LeanWrap products include Pallet Grip, Load Seeking Clamp and XT Module.
