Berlin Packaging to Acquire All-Pak
Berlin Packaging, a supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, plans to acquire All-Pak Inc., a packaging supplier based in Pittsburgh.
Berlin Packaging supplies containers and closures as well as labeling, filling and sourcing services, and All-Pak distributes rigid packaging products. The combined company will be based in Chicago and operate 40 sales offices and warehouses across the U.S.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of February 2010.
