Vocollect, a provider of voice-directed distribution systems, and Psion Teklogix Inc., a provider of solutions for mobile computing and wireless data collection, have formed a reseller partnership agreement. Psion Teklogix will provide Vocollect's voice-directed distribution system, an integrated solution of Vocollect VoiceLink software and wearable, mobile computers to customers in the automotive, electronics, retail, cold storage, pharmaceutical, third party logistics and distribution markets.
This partnership complements Psion Teklogix's expertise in deploying rugged mobile computing solutions in warehouse and factory floors. Vocollect's voice-directed distribution system delivers hands-free, eyes-free capabilities. Psion Teklogix customers can now leverage this solution to help streamline operational efficiencies and increase worker productivity.
Psion Teklogix is also a certified repair center for Vocollect's products, enabling a continuation of service and support. Customers will be able to access this full service capability in the Americas and Europe through any of the following Psion Teklogix repair center locations: Erlanger, Ky.; Aix en Provence, France; Toronto, Ont., Canada; and Mexico City, Mexico.
