Indianapolis, IN - May 17, 2004 - Bostech Corporation, the leader in providing embedded integration solutions to retail software vendors, announced today that Amazon Services, Inc. has certified Bostech to provide integration software for retailers joining Amazon's e-commerce platform. The software solution - Bostech's LINC for Amazon.com - enables retailers to quickly and easily begin selling their products through the Amazon e-commerce platform.

Under the agreement, Bostech will work with retail software vendors to automate retailers' integration to Amazon. By leveraging the LINC for Amazon.com and Bostech's JumpStart services, retail software providers can now offer integration solutions certified by Amazon Services in a significantly compressed timeframe. These retail technology adaptors utilizing the LINC module will enable retailers to quickly begin selling their products through Amazon.

Among the first retail software providers to launch using the integration software will be CommercialWare, who will have two solutions certified by Amazon Services. Retailers utilizing CommercialWare's CWDirect software package or OrderMotion's solution will be able to quickly start selling through the Amazon.com e-commerce platform.

Bostech's certification further extends its lead as the most widely embedded integration solution used by enterprise software vendors serving the retail industry. "Using Bostech's solution, it is now possible for many retailers to benefit from Amazon's e-commerce platform quickly and easily," said Brad Bostic, CEO of Bostech Corporation. "Bostech is thrilled to work with Amazon Services and we look forward to offering the LINC product to any retail software vendor interested in a seamless integration to the Amazon platform."

"By working with Bostech, retailers now have the added option of using a Bostech adaptor as they integrate with the Amazon platform," said Matt Williams, Amazon Services' Director of Technical Alliances. "This provides retailers with an option that can simplify their integration process and ultimately accelerate their products being introduced to our millions of customers."

"We believe that embedding the LINC for Amazon.com into our software and ASP solution strengthens our position in the market because it provides an immediate path to Amazon for both our enterprise and emerging customers," said Donny Askin , CEO of CommercialWare. "We're excited about expanding our relationship with Bostech and Amazon Services and offering our cross channel retail customers this new solution for extending their reach."
