Titan Acquires Bilt-Rite Conveyors
Titan Industries Inc., a manufacturer of industrial conveyors and conveyor systems based in New London, Wis., has acquired Bilt-Rite Conveyors of Garfield, N.J.
The acquisition gives Bilt-Rite customers access to Titan’s hinged steel belt line of conveyors as well as heavy-duty conveyors for recycling, scrap and pallet handling applications. The full Bilt-Rite product line will be offered under the Titan brand.
Bilt-Rite’s manufacturing and headquarters operations have been closed and integrated into the Titan’s operations. Titan has opened a sales office in New Jersey and expects to grow its market presence on the East Coast.
