RJS Conveyor Alignment System
The RJS Corp. introduces a nose-guide assembly conveyor alignment system that combines a self-energized RJS Disciplign belt guide with a conveyor nose bar.
The alignment system is designed for use with thin, flat conveyor belts to minimize off-tracking. Because it permits a flat-belt conveyor to be used in close proximity to an adjacent conveyor or subsequent machinery, without creating a gap, it is suitable for transferring small products, according to RJS Corp.
The system can be customized to any belt width, ranging from 12 to 52 inches and retrofitted to existing conveyor systems or incorporated into new designs. It is suitable for food handling.
