Ripack Shrink Wrap Gun
The Ripack 2200 heat gun applies shrink wrap film to pallet loads in fewer than 90 seconds, according to Ripack Inc.
The heat gun has a rotating nozzle that remains cool during and after use, the company says. In addition, a Securipack device ensures gas supply is cut off if the hose breaks. The operator can regulate the power of the appliance to adapt it to a particular application.
Although film shrinks under the heat produced by the Ripack 2200, very little heat is transmitted to the product. Heat output ranges from 136,000 to 245,000 BTUs per hour.
