Private Equity Fund Acquires RedPrairie
New York-based private equity firm New Mountain Capital plans to acquire RedPrairie Holding Inc., a provider of workforce, inventory and transportation software.
“Our relationship with New Mountain Capital will allow us to reach our strategic goals quickly, efficiently and with certainty, says Mike Mayoras, RedPrairie’s CEO. “We believe there are significant opportunities to provide more value to our customer base by expanding our product portfolio and entering new markets.”
New Mountain Capital’s portfolio includes third-party logistics providers Inmar and Intermarine.
