Orbis Appoints New President
William F. Ash has been named president of Orbis Corp., the second-largest operating division of Menasha Corp.
Since 2004, Ash had been vice president of finance for Orbis, a supplier of reusable plastic packaging and related services. He has a bachelor’s degree in financial administration and a master’s degree in finance from Michigan State University. He began his career with Orbis in 2003 as corporate controller after working for CNH Global, Case Corp. and Ford Motor Co.
“Bill is a talented leader with experience in all facets of Orbis’ business, extensive industry knowledge and work in international operations,” says James M. Kotek, president and CEO of Menasha Corp. “He has proven himself to be an accomplished and effective manager and was very instrumental in the successful integration of the two largest acquisitions in Menasha Corp.’s history—Linpac Group Limited’s material handling business in December 2006 and Norseman Plastic Holdings Ltd. in October 2008.”
Ash takes over for Kotek, who had been president of Orbis until being named president and CEO of Menasha Corp. in August 2009. Menasha is a packaging, logistics and marketing services company based in Neenah, Wis.
