Office Depot Selects Hubspan

Office Depot will implement Hubspan's on-demand integration platform to support customer service, according to the company.

Hubspan claims that with thousands of daily transactions with suppliers and business customers, Office Depot's move will augment its e-commerce capability and improve areas such as on-time deliveries, order accuracy and purchasing automation.

Hubspan's software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform enables “innovative procurement, payment and logistics processes,” says the company. Despite differences in processes and back-end systems, Office Depot customers will have access to shared, secure and reliabile partner connections that scale on demand, said Hubspan's President and CEO, Trisha Gross.
