ADSI Makes Second Acquisition in 6 Months
ADSI announced the acquisition of Logistics Technology Support, LTS. The transaction was made effective, December 1, 2008. On May 16, 2008, ADSI acquired the shipping and warehouse management systems solutions division of Adonix Transcomm.
“We are pleased to have Eddie Pile, founder of LTS, join ADSI and become an instrumental part of our organization,” said Bob Fischer, president and CEO of ADSI. “ADSI’s plan is to make the combination of our companies bring greater choice and value to all customers,” continued Fischer. “Elements of the plan include protecting the client’s investment, in-house centralized support desk and a team of seasoned professional services staff to name a few. We’re dedicated to preserving these relationships for years to come.”
ADSI Shipper is a multi-carrier shipping system designed for the shipping department of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution and logistics companies.
