Greatwide Earns Sustainability Ranking
Non-asset transportation and logistics services company Greatwide Logistics Services achieved the top rating given by the EPA's SmartWay environmental performance program.
The rating represents outstanding environmental performance and shows that Greatwide utilizes commercially available fuel saving strategies and actively evaluates the latest technologies, said the company. “Greatwide’s long-standing partnership with EPA’s SmartWay shows our customers, owner-operators and employees how seriously we take our commitment to environmental stewardship,” says Raymond Greer, CEO of Greatwide Logistics Services. “After joining the SmartWay Transport Partnership several years ago, we began developing the Greatearth company-wide initiative to promote environmentally-conscious practices in every aspect of our business. We look forward to continuing this work with our excellent teams of engineers and drivers and doing everything we can for a Greatearth. The entire Greatwide team is committed to continuing to work through SmartWay and Greatearth to be as energy-efficient and carbon-minimizing as possible.”
