Fidelitone Logistics Acquires WinWell

Third-party logistics services company Fidelitone Logistics has acquired WinWell Companies Inc. for an undisclosed amount. WinWell provides specialized logistics services.

Dallas-based WinWell has offices and facilities across the US, extending the Fidelitone Logistics coverage in Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, San Antonio and St. Louis.

“The merger of these two companies greatly expands our last mile geographical coverage and enhances the services we currently offer.”said Josh Johnson, president of Fidelitone Logistics.

The WinWell Companies, Inc. was founded in 1990. WinWell locations will continue operations as a Fidelitone Logistics company.

Founded in 1929, Fidelitone Logistics is a privately held, third party logistics company headquartered in Wauconda, IL.
