Keith Foods Selects Retalix
Ben E. Keith Foods, the eighth-largest foodservice distributor in the US, has signed a contract to purchase and deploy Retalix Power Sell and Power Net software applications.
Ben E. Keith Foods supplies a full line of produce, frozen foods, meats, dry groceries, refrigerated foods, paper goods, equipment and supplies to restaurants, hospitals, schools, nursing homes and other institutions.
In addition to Retalix Power Net customer service portal and Power Sell sales force automation, Ben E. Keith uses Retalix Traffic Management, which provides inbound freight management for planning, procurement, execution, settlement, visibility, and supplier control; and Retalix Dock Scheduling, which uses appointment-scheduling functions to optimize resources, predict labor demands, facilitate carrier scheduling via the Web and streamline the flow of goods through the distribution center.
