St. Louis Logistics are Arching Upwards
With land and real estate less costly in the Illinois counties of Madison and St. Clair that face and serve St. Louis, Gateway Commerce Center’s new 7.5-million square foot, $250 million warehousing and distribution center has brought in such companies as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Hershey Foods and Dial Corp., among others.
The buildings are being funded by Trammell Crow Krombach Partners.
