Indian Intermodal Expansion
The new yard will be within India’s largest inland hub and will offer a wide range of services, including cargo consolidation and warehousing. Additional services to be offered are documentation, repair and other value-added logistics operations. While CONCOR will be the exclusive provider of intermodal network services for the new venture, they will provide increased flexibility for both APL and its sister company, APL Logistics.
The geographical area is one of India’s fastest growing. Location of the facility is at Dadri, which is 40 kilometers northeast of New Dehli. The container freight station will have a capacity of 120.000 TEUs. Learn more at the www.apl.com web site.
