IWLA Names Chairman
Gary L. Mayfield, CEO of Kenco Logistic Services (KLS) has been appointed chairman of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA).
Third-party logistics provider (3PL) Kenco has more than 200 clients in 31 states and Canada and operates 100 facilities and 25 million square feet of warehouse space. Kenco’s core capabilities are warehousing and distribution, transportation management, material handling equipment, assembly, cartoning, labeling, reverse logistics, packaging, engineering services, metal cutting, fabricating and project management.
Mayfield joined Kenco as CEO in 1999. He has more than 30 years of experience with 3PLs and manufacturing companies. In addition to his work with IWLA, Mayfield is also an active member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
