XML Generator

Sept. 8, 2009
Tharo Systems Inc. says the XML Monitor on its EasyLabel 5 Platinum printer will “watch” a file directory or TCP/IP port and automatically print RFID or barcode labels when a compatible XML file is received. This feature directly connects to applications capable of generating properly formatted XML files, which include most supply chain and manufacturing software.

The XML Generator creates XML from a given format file. It prompts for format(s), number of labels to print, which printer to use and variable data used to populate the fields on the format. A manager can use the new XML file as a template for an XML-enabled application. The XML Generator requires the .Net framework and Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
