Officials at Total Logistic Control (TLC), a leading provider of supply chain solutions, announced today that the company has acquired an ownership interest in Integrated Transportation Logistics, LLC (ITLX), a minority-owned transportation and logistics solutions company headquartered in Flint, Michigan.

The investment broadens both ITLX and TLC's abilities to serve their customers and provide supply chain solutions across an array of industries, including food/beverage, grocery, automotive, and healthcare. "ITLX is certainly pleased to enter into a relationship with a company of TLC's caliber," said Ezra Beard, President and CEO of ITLX. "With TLC's investment the strengths of both organizations can be combined to broaden our ability to support customers with supply chain services and solutions."
