MONTREAL, March 20, 2003 - TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), a leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) software company announced today it has signed a major agreement with Rolf C. Hagen Inc. to implement EliteSeries’ suite of enterprise distribution management applications. TECSYS’ software will provide worldwide business management of Hagen’s complex distribution requirements.

EliteSeries will be implemented at Hagen locations in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and France. With its Web-based platform running the Oracle database, TECSYS will empower nearly 400 users of its Distribution Management (DMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and E-Commerce modules. In addition the company will provide its remote order entry solution (mobile version of Elite.eCom) via tablet PCs over a wireless network, allowing Hagen sales reps on the road to work even more closely with their customers. Features include product and pricing updates, order status, order history, and inventory availability status. Such leading edge tools will allow the real-time flow of information from the field to the central command of Hagen where visibility into every aspect of the business is critical to making strategic decisions.
