Bunting Magnetics’ Eddy Current Separator (ECS) features a rotor which maximizes gauss intensity on the belt surface to separate non-ferrous materials

Bunting Magnetics’ Eddy Current Separator (ECS) features a rotor which maximizes gauss intensity on the belt surface to separate non-ferrous materials. It features a tough urethane belt and a carbon fiber epoxy shell. The combination of a powerful rotor and compact design optimizes eddy current forces for separation efficiency and product throw.

It is designed for recycling plastics, glass, e-Scrap and mixed metals, as well as incineration operations and auto shredding.

ECS units are available in 24”, 36”, 48” and 60” widths and 96” long.
