Denver – Caljan Rite-Hite US, introduces their latest telescopic belt conveyor utilizing the most current technology in material handling and engineering design efficiency. Building on the success of the previous telescopic belted conveyor line, the Caljan BeltTrack, part of the new SafeTrack product line provides effective and ergonomic alternatives to labor-intensive routines.

The BeltTrack telescopic conveyor is a very reliable system, requiring low maintenance, fewer parts and most importantly, optimizes value and reduces the overall cost of ownership.

With the high costs of down time in mind, Caljan Rite-Hite engineered the BeltTrack belted conveyor line to minimize maintenance cost and reduce parts inventory. The use of fewer parts allows their customers to reduce their inventory while making it easier for service operators to limit the down time of preventative maintenance. Built specifically for the harsh operating environment, the Caljan BeltTrack goes through a rigorous series of quality control inspections during the building process and a final inspection to assure that the machine is functioning at its best when it reaches the customer.

“We listened to feedback from some of our toughest customers and developed an efficient system that is durable and reliable, while maintaining our company standards of quality and safety,” says Mark Rehder, Caljan Rite-Hite VP and General Manager.

The BeltTrack system incorporates solutions to fit their customer’s requirements in loading and unloading of loose cargo, while providing a tough, durable and low maintenance cost alternative ensuring that things move safely in and out of the warehouse.
