From the show floor to top-level sponsorships, the leading providers of radio frequency identification (RFID) and Electronic Product Code (EPC) solutions are participating in the premier RFID event, RFID World 2006, February 27 through March 1 at the Gaylord Resort Hotel near Dallas, Texas.

Now sold out, the exhibition area includes 172 companies from North America, Europe, China and Korea displaying and demonstrating the latest in a variety of RFID products and services serving a range of enterprise applications. The number of exhibitors represents a 35 percent increase over 2005, with the show adding an additional 36,000 square feet of floor space.

"Attendees to RFID World benefit not only from the exhibiting companies' solutions, but also from the combined experience and knowledge of many of the industry's most innovative thinkers," said Timothy Downs, president of Shorecliff Communications. "This event is the one place every year that any user of RFID and EPC technology can learn first-hand about the many different solutions provided by these inventive technology companies."

For enterprise users and systems integrators, the three-day RFID World event offers a comprehensive view of key issues surrounding the business case for RFID, the wide range of innovative applications, as well as the many choices among the different types of RFID technologies. No other RFID industry event offers more learning opportunities, or makes available more resources for conference attendees.
