CINCINNATI-ProMach Inc. announced that it has acquiredLabeling Systems Inc. (LSI), a designer and manufacturer of pressure sensitive labeling equipment. New Jersey-based LSI will become a division of Pro Mach's Identification and Tracking Business Unit.
With the acquisition of LSI, ProMach expands its comprehensive portfolio of labeling, coding and marking solutions. LSI designs and manufactures turnkey systems for labeling of beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and other consumer and industrial goods. "We're pleased to welcome the LSI team, including its distributors and agents, to ProMach," said John W. Paxton, Sr., ProMach chairman and CEO.
