OCONOMOWOC, Wis. - ORBIS Corporation offers the OPTE Bulk™ System, an economical collapsible bulk packaging system comprised of two pallets and a reusable sleeve. Plastic pallets are available in eight footprints, from 30” x 52” to 48” x 48” and offer a mirror image design to allow the same pallet to be used as a pallet or top cap. When full, it stacks securely atop each load. When empty, the collapsible sleeves fold neatly into the nestable pallets to reduce return transportation costs.

Sleeves can be fabricated from paper or plastic corrugated materials to meet a variety of application and weight requirements. Available in multiple heights, sleeves can be screen printed for easy identification and are also available with drop panels, split-sleeves or steel wire reinforced walls. Easy to handle sleeves eliminate the need for banding or stretch wrapping pallet loads, while creating secure loads for double stacking.

The all-plastic pallets are designed to maximize cube utilization in 53’ trailers and warehouses. Select pallets feature locking tab that secures the sleeve to the pallets. Custom internal dunnage can also be created to further protect components during transport. Additionally, the OPTE Bulk System offers:

• Availability in eight footprints: 30” x 52” to 48” x 48”
• Custom sleeve heights, folding styles, and drop panels
• All-plastic pallets that don’t harbor pests, mold or fungus
• Multiple identification options and locations on sleeves and pallets
• High impact resistance for a long service life of reusability

The OPTE Bulk System is ideal for the transport and storage of lightweight parts and materials, including bottles, fabric, apparel and lightweight automotive and industrial components.
