Akro-Mils Indicator Bins are two-tone and come in two sizes, simplifying visual recognition when supplies need to be replenished. As part of the BinTelligence Series, the Indicator Bin allows end users to stock, pick, flip and replenish. Users stock the bin using the divider to designate volume for the inventory reserve; they pick from the blue side of the bin until reaching the divider; they flip the bin to the orange reserve to indicate inventory levels are low; and they replenish the bin and repeat. This system helps prevent stock-outs and reduces excess inventory.
The system works with 14” wire shelving, 12” steel shelving, and pick rack systems.
