AIR KNIFE CUTS STATIC

This 3-in. Super Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, printed materials and other product surfaces where dust, tearing, jamming or hazardous shocks are a problem. It produces a laminar sheet of airflow that floods an area or surface with static eliminating ions, and is effective up to 20 ft away. Surface cleanliness can improve dramatically. Air force can be adjusted from a “blast” to a “breeze” and requires less than 1 scfm of compressed air at 5 psig for operation. Lengths to 48 in. are available. MAKE YOUR CONVEYOR TURN IN ANY DIRECTION

The Ergo-Roll multi-directional conveyor roller enables gravity- or motor-driven conveyor systems to transfer or turn material or packages in any direction. The roller is structured around four, free-turning football-shaped roller elements positioned in a 90 degree staggered pattern around the perimeter of a main wheel hub. This arrangement provides nine individual rotating turning axles when paired in a duplex wheel configuration. The open arrangement means the rollers can operate in environments that contain particles or dirt. The rollers are made of a self-lubricating plastic composite, reducing maintenance needs. They are available in 1/16-in. hex, 1/2-in. round, 5/16-in. hex and 5/16-in. round axle configurations. ErgotecH Inc.; 203-790-4100. Write 217

NO MORE JAMS

This plastic belt incline conveyor has beveled edges to safely guide small parts, particularly in “water fall” style parts transfers. The belt feeds small parts like a funnel. The Z-Rex ships fully assembled and includes a variable speed, direct-drive brushless DC motor. Speeds are adjustable. It’s available with three inclines up to 60 degrees with standard belt widths from 5 in. to 23 in. The belting snaps together by hand and is self-lubricating.
