Brady Launches New Tech Support Services

Brady Worldwide Inc., a manufacturer of high-performance labels and label printers, announced new tech support services and product protection plans.

The Brady 360 Professional Tech support service includes on-demand training, troubleshooting, template creation and preventive maintenance and repair services. In addition, customers can choose between two Brady 360 Printer Protection and Care Plans offering extended warranties, loaner printers and firmware upgrades, printer replacement programs and tech support packages.

The new services are available to all Brady label printer owners. Brady says some services, such as set-up assistance, on-phone troubleshooting and send-in warranty repair, are included with the purchase of a label printer.
